Machine safety audit

Review of the actual state, identification of non-conformities and priorities – you quickly know what is critical and what can be phased.

Risk assessment (ISO 12100) and action plan

We assess the risk and translate it into concrete terms: protective measures, required safety functions, a list of modifications.

Safety and modification design

Selection and design of guards, interlocks, light curtains, E-STOP, interlocks, signaling, and safety logic – in accordance with the operator’s actual work.

Implementation and commissioning on site

We carry out modifications and tests so that production can return to operation as quickly as possible and the safeguards work in practice.

Documentation and personnel training

We are closing the matter formally: a complete set of documents + training for Maintenance and operators.

Retrofit and machinery fleet compliance adaptation program

Adaptation of a single machine or a program for multiple machines / the entire line – in a phased model, with budget and priority control.

Implementation of changes (mechanical/electrical/control), functional tests, verification of the operation of safeguards.

Implementation protocol, complete set of documents, briefing for Maintenance/Repair Department (UR)/operators, and formal close-out.
